GREEN BANANA KOFTA:
  Kofta, a word  adapted from the persian word.
  Indgredients:
    1)2 kg green banana, boiled &mashed
    2)half kg mung dal,soaked &ground
     3) 5tsp ginger past
      4) 3 tsp cumin seeds powder 
      5) 3 tsp red chill powde
      6) 3 tsp gorom mosla  powde
      7) 6 tsp suger
      8)3 tsp salt
       9)one cup  mustard oil
       10)one cup ghee
        11)soys oil (for deep-frying)
METHOD:
In a mixing bowl combine the following  banana mash,dal ginger cumin ,red chilli powder  gorom mosla powder ,suger &salt.mix every ingredint throughly,drizzle with the mustrad oil .take a table     
spoon full of the mixteron your wetted palms,&roll it into a small ball .flatten the ball between the palms toshape  them into discs.deep fry the disc in 
hot oil, untill light brown.serve hot as a side disc or as a anack.
